thanks, I think I will have to make the lemonade somewhat ahead also, mainly I thouhgt I would squeeze the lemons at home, at but in a container to take, and then just mix up a glass each time, I think I will be able to stop and do this every hour or so, is there a certain amount of glasses to drink in a day, I don't remember. Another question, do you try to just down a glass at a time, or should it be sipped?
