I think you're smart to go on a Vegetable Juice Diet. Unless you're an experienced Faster, it'll be difficult to go a whole week to start unless you have tremendous willpower. I'd start with one day at a time. My 'record' is 21 days on Liquid Diet (mainly veggies). You'll feel GREAT.......WY
