good for you for making a commitment to do something great for yourself.

Though one never knows what to expect the first couple of times, the best
advise I can give is to follow the program to the 't' to ensure a safe and
relatively non 'roller coaster' ride.

It takes the body at least 3 days (historically the toughest)to get into the initial groove, thus I suggest starting on a Saturday morning.

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) takes some getting used to and refining. Best to really research and
start off with the best ingredients and formulas to avoid trial and error.

I have a recent post regard the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) that will help:

As far as making big batches, it is best to make fresh...the enzymes die in minutes and bacteria can form in hours. Whenever possible , please make fresh on the spot.

As far as cayenne a tenth is about the size of a pea...use as much cayenne as you can handle.

Keep it real simple, shoot for at least 8-12 lemonades per day. Stock up, have everything readily available, don't skimp or skip. I like to drink a lemonade every hour on the hour so I don't forget...

You are taking in minimal nutrition, so going prolonged periods of time without drinking up will cause bad effects.

Don't over do things physically. Ease into the cleanse and you will hit a groove.

Drink up whenever you feel hungry, don't dwell in hunger, satisfy that feeling by drinking a fresh McCocktail!

Research Research Research..

it's all been asked before and is here on the forum for those who seek it.

Also, 10 days is a great start for the first time...drink lots of water ,too
and use only the best ingredients; organic lemons/limes, bottled springwater(not filtered tap from a counter unit), pure cayenne(not safeway brand), organic maple syrup grades b or c(if you can get c that is the best)

aloha...DETOUR
