i hear you.. and i feel your pain as well.. i had this problem for more than 10 yrs now.. it gets worst in time.. but lately i'm starting to stabilize it..
couldnt say i'm getting better but i know now what triggers me to get worse..
i take cal-mag-zinc supplement.. it helped my constipation problems which is one of the causes..
i'll also do 2-week raw foods (vegetable) diet for my yeasts problems which i believe is also another cause..

r u constipated?
try Oxypowder for cleansing your colon for at least 10 days.. for maintenance i suggest magnesium-zinc supplement..
