Hi. I started to brew a few batches of Kombucha Tea using honey and green tea. Can any other water liquid be added to Komucha Tea? Could you add mineral/fulvic acid to the tea to added to its nutritional make up and has anyone tried doing this? I decided to use raw honey as I believe this would be better then using table sugar.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
