The MC is a step in the right direction (to better health).

I know I need to concentrate on other areas (my diet and exercise)

I admit that I don't exercise as much as I should. And my diet needs a complete overhaul.

After my MC is done, I will go back to being raw vegan. I fell off the wagon and can't afford to fall off again.

My family has been nearly destroyed by ill health. I don't want to be another statistic.
