In your case, I would suspect so, along with relegating the calcium back to its tissue and nervous system uses as well... however, the efficiency with which this occurs will depend on a great many other factors such as vitamin D levels, essential fats, trace minerals, etc. and your body's ability to use what it can absorb.

Your bone spur testimony is awesome and a direct confirmation of these posts. My arthritis resolving in total along with my healing previous injuries is also testimony to this.
