and read what julia chang out of Toronto Canada says about Liver Flushes and maybe try her herbals. I have used them and the site describes what is used and why. Her stuff does NOT include Epsom Salts and you can do a flush without it. But still use Lipase and do mini's if you do not digest oil. Just do them more often.

Her Gold Coin Grass softens the stones. That is a plus. she gives instructions to use Coptis if the pain gets bad and a stone gets stuck...

So all of her info is useful.

If you have had a recent GB issue it takes about a week to get her herbals however.

Also trapper or newport are very knowledgeable and will know positively about Epsom Salts and whether they would react like salt for you.... find them on the Iodine forum and ask them. they are usually there. They are not usually on Liver Flush but just say you had a question.
