stannarad -- so sorry about your leaky gut issues. It sounds pretty painful. I think, like you mentioned in the post below, that going to someone to find out what your current allergies might be could be a very good thing. You don't want to unknowingly cause inflammation, when your gut needs to heal. Hang in there, and thanks for the tip about soaking the veggies!
