Your message was very interesting. I have just recently heard flaxseed is very beneficial. Please tell me what your cousin's secondary side effects from Diane 35 were. Especially, weight gain. I am very hesitant to take it but somewhat desperate at the same time. I am afraid that if I take it and it works, I will be forced to continue to take it to avoid bad breakouts when stopping.
