I live in a small country and cannot get good health support until I go to Europe in 2 2 weeks.

I am very healthy typically but have suffered from chronic candida.

All summer I have had spotting (menses) and am on the pill (for 20+ years). I have had ongoing herpes outbreak (on my lower back). I have been recently constipated and have burning around my anus. I am eating clean but consuming some sugar daily. Any ideas?
