Is garden of life the ones that do primal defense?
{I think so}. Well I was just going to say, I found it odd since its the most commonly recommended, but Primal Defense seemed to do nothing for me. In fact I think it made me constipated. Cheaper, non name brand type probiotics have always worked better for me. Garden of life did make some coconut oil that I thought was decent though.
