I only take ES in the morning now if I feel a stone is maybe stuck. This may have been what happened when I did flush #5 this past weekend, the morning after I felt that "stone moving down the ducts" feeling again, only it stopped and a slight burning feeling started. Took two teaspoons of ES and it cleared up. Next morning I got another bunch of stones (maybe 10) of reasonable size out. Was feeling a bit under the weather until they came out, instant improvement!

I take some probiotics and flax and herbal laxitive the evening before, not all at the same time, so I have enough "push" throughout the morning (each will get you about 12 hours later). I get a colonic in the afternoon to finish the job.
