I fill the water dish 2-3 times per week and put 2 drops of Iodine in the bowl. The bowl probably holds about 2 cups of water. I'm not sure about that because I haven't measured.

I did try the two bowls of water...one with Iodine and one with salt, but the dogs would not touch that bowl of water with salt. It was Sea Salt , too.
