The post i wrote was more directed to encourage sceptical people to investigate their diet as a probable significant contributing factor to their suffering. You have already done alot of work on your diet so you don't stand to gain alot from that particular post. Reading further back into your initial posts, I gather you would benefit from the info in this book, and a probably a couple of liver function tests. i am not a qualified anything, but i have posted the experience for others to gleen info from, & that is why i quoted the book- so others can benefit by chasing up the book if they are realy intersted in fixing their health up.
