I'm just leaving for a 5 mile walk to the top of the hill. My allergies are flaring up. Walking stops the allergies for some reason.

My stomach has had a little pork belly for over 12 years and I'm going to keep it up until it's completely gone. In its place will be rock hard abs of steel.

I don't use any machines because I can always get a better workout with body weight exercises. Even with a tread mill your inside not getting any fresh air.
