I quit 14 years ago, after smoking 20 years. Both my parents smoked so in reality I probably "smoked" my whole life.

The smell really freaked me out but I have a super sensitive nose and knew exactly what it was, all that old tar and chemicals.

Chlorella definately helps to pull toxin out where they can be evacuated thru the bowel.

Carry on and keep on cleansing. You can only improve your health 8^)
