What are the support vitamins and what is the salt push? Please can you explain it to me? I was taking it because I have low thyroid and I have been sick for awhile with no real answers other than low thyroid. I don't feel comfortable with pharmecuticals. My doc did not tell me how many to take a day, so I just guessed and figured if I was deficient, I should go for broke :-P Thanks
