You took 112.5 mg of Iodine with the Iodoral- not an outrageous amount - it is commonly prescribed by the Iodine doctors. I began at 100 mg daily and with the use of the salt push had days of pure joy and elation and just a little detox. Are you doing the support vitamins and the salt push? How many days have you been taking iodine.. and as Wombat asked.. why? With what are you hoping it will help?
