I never take the E.S. morning dosage . I take 500ml of warm water with 2 teaspoons of Seasalt which is waht Mrs Chang from Sensible Health recommends and I always have good flushes. Then during the day following the flush I have only a vegetable broth as it seems to help to push stones out(No starch nor protein).
