I have had a horrible time with this, but I finally found a way to control it, and the best part is it's natural. My dad turned me on to Australian Tea Tree Oil. You can get it at GNC or any health food store. Just simply apply to the affected area in the morning and at night. I use it full strenght, and there is a very slight tingle, but nothing too bad. The best part is, no more itching, so no more scratching. Give it a try, I hope it works for you as well as for me.
