If you don't mind telling me how old you are that would help. I'm 54, soon to be 55 next month. I've been on thyroid meds for 31 years, I'm hypothyroid and have a multi-nodule goiter. I just purchased Lugol's iodine, and I'm going to try that while I'm taking my thyroid meds. I'm on armour, 120 mgs. I could try splitting the dose, but it smells bad and tastes bad..how do you get past that so let it sit in your mouth?
