I've been oil pulling two times a day for almost a week, and the best of it has been my sinus headaches/migraines have almost dissappeared. My gums bled a little bit as well and i did get a bit of a break out too.
still clearing up. I haven't gotten the energy thing yet, actually i'm feeling quite sluggish on day 5-6, i'm hoping that will clear out though. I'm thinking i'm still detoxing and that is the culprit.
