Hi and thaks for your response. I think that I am pretty well hydrated. I weighed at 153 lbs a couple of weekd ago and actually still drink up to 84 oz of water per day.(That is what I needed six months ago at the 168 lb weight.) I guess maybe the electrolytes though maybe at risk lately as the stress inside the homefront has left me semi forgetful and out of it. Guess I'll jump on the corrective tract right away. Thanks for all your help.
