How well hydrated are you?...dehydration can lead to rapid heart rate which in turn can result in anxiety, panic attacks and chest pains. The Epsom Salts flush causes a significant loss of body fluids (and electrolytes) and if you are dehydrated to begin with this can bring on some uncomfortable symptoms. Make sure that you are very well-hydrated before you do a liver flush...and make sure to replace lost fluids and electrolytes after the flush.
