i just finished 20 days of COMPLETE cleansing program with all those "things": colonics, green drinks, juicing, liver cleance, limphatic masage, baking soda-salt baths, evening soup and hearb cleanse suplements. I feel great, clean, lost 8 lbs. so back to normal, I had some meat, couple drinks, pretty much normal healthy food and Candida is making an appearance again..
