Hi,

I have tons of health issues such as diabetes, bad allergies, asthma, panic attacks, depression, degeneration in the knees, and really bad migraine headaches just to name a few of them, so my primary focus is for health. Weightloss is a great benefit because it aids in helping some of my other problems.

Thank you for the info about dark circles. I will be doing a Liver Flush 2 weeks after my fast. I think I can hold out until then.
