hi,

you're both doing excellent, i'm gaining inspiration by the day to fast again :)
i've also done a Liver Flush in the past and felt the stones moving along a few minutes after lying down, it's pretty awesome............anyway keep going, you can't give in now as we're all rooting for you both :)
