I hope this helps: I've had great success supplementing the Liver Flush with my own coffee enema (the day after the night of the lemon/olive oil potion) and a colonic the day after that (at which coffee is used). So: Saturday night potion; sunday morning enema at home; Monday colonic. Lots and lots of stones passed each time.

Re the coffee retention enema. I only one time retained the coffee, by accident. It just wouldn't come out! I was climbing the walls all day and al night! Don't retain it!! (Sure, let it "soak" for five minutes, but that is IT!)
