Keep on going, you're doing great! As for the coldness: same here. Now I've never been such a "warm" person, but I'm practically freezing during this fast.

Today I came very close to breaking my fast (because of the damn teacher) I hope I didn't do any damage. It would be such a waste after all these days I put into it....

Your sense of smell is improving, that's great! Trust me those breakouts will disappear. And btw: Dream matte mousse from Maybelline is great to cover up those dark lines and other imperfections. I use it to make sure I don't look like I'm coming straight from hell every day.

Anyway, my two cents. Considering the Liver Flush too now.
