I have been attempting to increase the circulation to my head by excercising my eyes. Rolling them right, left, looking at the tip of my nose, slide my finger up my nose to my forehead and follow it. Slide finger over eyebrows and back to center, follow finger.

I also taking nutrients for the brain, as well as Iodine. I am seeing a lot less floaters.

Maybe this could help you get them out of your ears.
