Thanks Spleenpain for your reply - I do agree with you that emotional and physical is wrapped up together, if one is out of sorts the other will be too.

Unfortunately my husband is very anti any kind of "hocus pocus" as he calls it and sometimes I feel I'm onto a losing battle. Also in the Uk the majority of people have the same attitude.

I've cured myself from 3 conditions/diseases so far from the american web and forums and if you are interested email and I will tell you about them.
