Cancre sores in the mouth or on the lips that come and go often indicates the amount of sweets they've been eating or acidy fruits.

What I've seen quite often is they just need a good neck adjustment. Usually clears it right up. However going to a chiropractor has become a problem the last 10 years or so. They all want to put you on a prolonged program and do a whole series of x-rays and ancillary procedure. So if you can find one, or already have one, that can straighten his neck out that's were I would start.

The nerves that come from the neck go back up into the face. I put the local pediatrician out of business years ago by fixing ear infections with the upper cervical adjustments. It was great, lots of fun too. Doc Sutter
