Hello,
I started oil pulling a little over a week ago and my Acne is doing so much better, perhaps eventually it will clear up all together. I have 4 pimples right now and they are not very big. I would recommend you trying this. You can find more information here on the curezone or at

there is also others things you can try. many people have gotten help from apple cider vinegar, theres more information about this also on earthclinic site.
