I agree, for that lower back pain be SURE your colon is April Fresh! It could be kidneys, or toxins in the lower bowel. In either case a good old SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) could help.

It only took me four years to figure out how to work it:

Dissolve 2 tsp. UNIODIZED Sea Salt (available at health food and gourmet stores) in ONE cup drinkably hot water

Have THREE cups plain water standing by

Chug as much salt mixture as possible, chase with fresh. Chug and chase til all water is consumed. Voila!

About 1-2 hours later the entire mixture will exit, carrying everything within its path!

Alternately, a plain water enema can do miracles in the case of a crisis.
