Yeah-I think its a good idea to discontinue the Iodoral for a while and see what happens. Its like doing an Elimination Diet or just taking a few supplements at a time insead of dozens of pills. Eliminating a suspected culprit can help you determine what is good for you and what is not. That is how I found out that wheat and I do not agree, but it did not alter my love for fresh bread. At least now I know I have to make a choice between feeling well and getting healthier versus just enjoying a temporary pleasure everytime I want to eat bread. There is usually a price to pay when we fail to heed our body's messages.
