Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart! I have forwarded your post directly to her email so she can print it out at work and keep it close at hand for reassurance. Having someone like yourself, who has gone through the same awfulness (sorry to say) firsthand, will be of great reassurance to her, just as it has been for me!
