Hi Hopinso,

I had suffered with chronic IBS 7 years ago. I worked on my immune system and
diet for 2 years to overcome the situation. Maybe I was not as well as I had
thought.

I do not want to experience the terrible pain but, if it is in fact detox, I will push forward. I was thinking this am to go off Lugols for a day or so. I also
ate out yesterday which is something I hardly ever do.

I'm still uncomfortable this morning but nothing like last night.

Should I do more of the salt protocal this am?
