Doc KNOWS, have you read Udo Erasmus' Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill?  More info in that book on oils than I ever meant to know!!!!!

Omegas need to be balanced ... even tho there is surely evidence that 3s heal!!!!!  Seems too much of one can cause an imbalance of the other 2 (6 & 9) and creat problems of there own.  He makes a product called Udo's Choice 3-6-9 that is the proper balance.  This is what I use for my Omegas.
