but even women who lift weights are generally no match for a man intending to rape, especially if the male lifts a few weights.

You have to take an effective (treacherous) Martial Art and be extra fit. Harder for a woman. Some women are tough though and some guys are wimps but they are the exceptions. To kill a monster you have to be a monster.




These woman are probably a lot more functionally fit and much more attractive.
