I had posted this information before - but I think that the reason the drink has helped me so much with my chronic fatigue is the fact that I now realize I had a nutrient absorption problem. While I originally had a lot of digestion problems, even after I was able to normalize my digestion and was very good on my diet, I still lacked energy. I completely cut out sugar, flour, bread, all preservatives and was eating 99% organic ( I didn't cheat). I figured that that this was good enough and it would just be a matter of time for me to have energy. I did a lot of other detox, supplements, etc. All of these helped me, but the energy problem persisted. The drink has really helped me with the energy problem. I have never had a reaction to it, and my husband who did not want to take it because of the pickling lime is now having good results with it. I got my pickling lime through Amazon, but I also saw it at one of my local Wal-mart, but not all Wal-Marts carry it. You really can't beat the price or the convenience. Good Luck!!!
