It's great that you've eliminated the diarhea. I wonder if pinworms can take up residence in your ears, since they seem to come out at certain times, much like the anal itching.

I started a protocol, based on responses in this thread, of grapefruit seed extract (GSE) mouthwash and oil of oregano (a couple of drops under the tongue). I do it whenever I feel itching in my ears. Then I swab out with a solution of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and water, a few drops in an ounce of water, to (hopefully) remove any possible eggs that were laid.

I have noticed less itching today so I feel it's working. Be careful, the die-off can be pretty strong.
