Hi Trapper,
I've been on the Salt/c for maybe 2 years. I've always had some dryness, even before that, but since I've been on the Iodine it's been so much worse. I've been off Iodine for two days now, and it seems a wee bit better. Yet I still want to take iodine!

So you think I can oil pull without moving the oil around in my mouth too much? Will that be effective?
