I was on Prozac for a month. I could tell it made a difference, but I just didn't want to become dependant on it. I went off it cold turkey and I think within a couple weeks I was worse than what I was before I went on it. I am now taking Nervous System Tonic by Herb Pharm, and trying to make healthy dietary choices. I can tell a little difference on the tonic, though it is too soon to see anything major. I have used other products from this company though, and expect good results.
