I'm happy to share. It's been very purging for me.

The burning pain almost sounds kind of like an ulcer, polyp or something like that. Definitely not an area I would know anything about.

As far as probiotics, I take the powdered kind in the refrigerated section. You have to mix it with water. I'm not sure what to say in your case, though.

I guess it's just trial and error. Finding new solutions and seeing what works for you. If the kraut is working, then that's the way to go.

The most important thing is that you feel you are recovering. I think it's a process -- possibly a very long one, too. Best wishes to you.
