I had the discharge. It was quite a few years after I had my son and I did nurse him. But I just considered it as the bodies way of discharging toxins. When the body is healthy enough it will start taking care of business and discharging toxins from many areas. So I didn't stress over it and it went away. I would think that the Iodine would help you to have more discharge, since it's very good at cleaning house where it's needed. The doctor that encouraged the use of oilpulling said if you feel pain in certain problem areas, continue on for this is a sign of healing. So I would think it would also be a sign of healing when taking the iodine.
