Until someone who's experienced this symptomology answers you, Carroll, may I offer the possibility that this may be a clearance of milk ducts? Have you ever nursed?

When I was nursing, I'd get colostrum/breastmilk leakage. Could this be simply the clearing out of plugged milk ducts?
