Thanks! Yes, I take 4 sodium chloride tabs a day for lyme treatment. I do take fish oil and flax oil, but I'll add the vit a and see if that helps. I'm also taking a break for a couple of days on the iodine. Oil pulling was suggested. The only problem with that for me is that I'm dealing with severe TMJ, and it irritates my jaw, but I think it would help possibly with other things.
