cool that you have been fasting a few days at a time. yeah, i've done that a lot too as well as some longer fasts but yeah, i hear you.. its hard to get the tongue to clear up COMPLETELY without eating. i want to reach that stage too and fast until my tongue clears up and as Herbert Shelton wrote ( i think), there is supposed to be a "sweet" taste on the tongue and its supposed to be completely pink ( or red?) LOL :P

anyhow, i look forward to fasting with you. i hope we can offer each other encouragement during the "darkly lit" times. ( yeah, its my fun oxymoronic phrase of the day)

let's have some fun with this fast too! though, from previous experiences, there were a LOT of times when it was anything BUT fun.. SUPER DUPER intense times.

but i guess that is what this forum is for. i am so glad and lucky to have found it.. what an INCREDIBLE gem.
