Hi V,

Wow, you speak with such authority, I just immediately want to try it.

I've been debating with myself about doing a Liver Flush for the past month, as well as, a parasite cleanse, but I've read that we folk with tired adrenals shouldn't do cleanses...do you have an opinion on this?

Is this protocol okay for adrenal fatigue fatigue? What about magnesium taurinate?
Is there a difference in taurine vs. L-taurine? Do you favor any particular brands?

When I'm better you can come over to my patio and we can listen to the water trickling past in the drainage ditch...no scorpions, just cats.
